GospelMK 13:24-32
Jesus said to his disciples:"In those days after that tribulation
the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light,
and the stars will be falling from the sky,
and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.
"And then they will see 'the Son of Man coming in the clouds'
with great power and glory,
and then he will send out the angels
and gather his elect from the four winds,
from the end of the earth to the end of the sky.
"Learn a lesson from the fig tree.
When its branch becomes tender and sprouts leaves,
you know that summer is near.
In the same way, when you see these things happening,
know that he is near, at the gates.
Amen, I say to you,
this generation will not pass away
until all these things have taken place.
Heaven and earth will pass away,
but my words will not pass away.
"But of that day or hour, no one knows,
neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father."

ReplyDeleteSee: As to what Jesus was saying and trying to depict through his words, the setting was formally in a mountain where everyone could worship. The mountainous place is a very high place where tons of believers and Christians could gather just to hear the word of God.
Judge: As to what the Lord said, to say in a much more simpler way, a day wouldn't pass without any challenges or any storm. Everything could be dark and just fall into places where you never expected them to be. But we, as the believer of Christ, should know that there will always be a rainbow after all these; hope after the devastation for the Son of God is here to save us all. We should all be ready for what could just happen. Everything and everyone could abate but not our God.
Act: In my everyday life, I deal and experience with different sorts of new challenges and lessons. I have already learned that a day could not pass away without leaving you any mark. The problems and summons that we all experience are stamped and planned already in order to wake us up from all the things that we have been taking for granted. I know already that nothing is permanent and constant, except for God. He made everything we see, feel and love. Without him, what could we be? He is the only one who could have the right to take the consumption that we had in just a snap, for he is our God. I know that I should never let loose of my relationship with him. The world could fall, and he is going to be our catcher. Let God!

ReplyDeleteSEE: Jesus is talking to His disciples about suffering and how God will always be there to help us. When the time that the sun will be dark and the moon won't give light, the Son of Man, will come down and give us hope for He is powerful.
JUDGE: Everyday, we face our own problems and challenges. We may feel scared that we will not live to see another day because of the weight of all our problems. But, we should always remember that God will always be present in our lives. Just like what Jesus is saying about how we may know it is summer by looking at a fig tree, we can also feel Jesus presence in our everyday lives. This lets us know that God will always be there for us in times of trouble.
ACT: This gospel helped me realize that even if there are lots of problems I face everyday, God will always be there to listen to me through prayer. I now realize everything He has done to to me and everything He gave to me. Knowing that He is watching over me, I can now live every day with hope that I will conquer every challenge I face.

ReplyDeleteSEE: The Gospel, Mark 13:24-32, tells all of us that we must be prepared for the coming of Christ. Since Christ may come at any moment, we must start living out a life of goodness, charity and kindness immediately. We do not know when Christ will come. What we can do is to prepare for it.
JUDGE: For me, I think that the Gospel is very relevant especially to the things that are happening in the world right now. Take for example, the recent bombings and murders in Paris, France. Since we don't know when the Son of Man will come, we must start living in goodness. These people who commit these acts must remember that God may come any moment. We must all prepare for it. Just doing one good act is a step in the preparation for the coming of the Son of Man.
ACT: The Gospel challenges me to be a better person. It challenges me to open my eyes to the reality of this world- and try to be a spark of change. I will start preparing for His coming by praying, repenting for my sins and doing the good always.
Carlos Gabriel C. Paca, Junior-D, CN: 30
ReplyDeleteSEE: What I have noticed in the gospel is that God will always be there for us no matter the situation. The gospel informs us that God will always guide through all the hardship in our lives, he will not give up on us people even if it hurts him. The gospel also says a few things on how we should prepare for Christ's arrival we should all live our lives peacefully for him.
JUDGE: For me, I see that the gospel reveals a lot of the dark times in our world like the bombings in Paris, Baghdad, and in Afghanistan. Now we should take action on fixing our relationships with everyone because we need to have a peaceful world because it is what God made us for. We should stop fighting we should all love each other and make peace because Christ is coming to our world.
ACT: The informed me and it has told me that I should be a better person at the times of now until the end of our lives. I will change, I will be a better person for God because he is coming down here to our world and he would want to see people in peace.

ReplyDeleteSEE: This gospel tells us that Christ can come at any time, any place and any moment. Jesus tells his disciples that in the darkest times of their lives when all problems are there, God will always be there for us to support us to enlighten us by sending his angels.
Judge: Every day in our lives we experience problems that we should face. The major problems that we encounter like typhoons , terrorism and other disasters that rock our nation are the trials that God sent for us to overcome. We should always remember that God will bring the sunshine after the rain and he will bring peace after the war. Which is why we should be ready for the coming of Jesus.
Act: This gospel tells me to be a better person, by doing good and avoiding evil. We should all be ready for his coming which is why should start the act of kindness and peace among nations , we should help one another to fight trials because Jesus can come anytime.
Kyle Herrera, Junior D, CN 21
ReplyDeleteSee: With accordance to the Gospel, Jesus will give us signs of His coming. He will let us ready ourselves in His coming. That is why we must live a meaningful life for He has given life to us. However, we may not exactly know when Christ may come but we must prepare for Him and His coming.
Judge: In each day that we are given to be able to live and breath, we must use it wisely and live it to the fullest by doing good things. We must show God that we truly deserve what He has given to us and we should not let Him feel any regret for giving us the chance to live. Maybe we can and we should prepare for His coming, for His arrival. In that case we will be able to also live a meaningful life for Him.
Act: It convinced me to live my life to the fullest by helping and doing good deeds. I should start from myself and also help others in preparing for Jesus' coming. We must be pure and all the little things will count in His coming. I want to show Him that I am a proud son and brother of His.
See: This gospel tells us that Jesus is coming anytime and we must prepare for it by starting to become good people because he may come at any moment. All we have to do is preparation for this and we should keep having faith in God.
ReplyDeleteJudge: For me, this gospel is related to the problems that are happening in our world today like terrorism. Those are signs that we must start to do good deeds and me must know that we should be prepared for the coming of Christ. We should always believe in God because our faith will help us overcome all the evil in this world. Everyone should start becoming good because we should be ready when Jesus comes.
Act: This gospel tells me to change for the better. I should prepare by becoming a better person and avoiding evil things. I should start doing things that God wants me to do just like caring for others.
Julienne Marie C. Uy Junior-D
ReplyDeleteSEE: We will never know the difference between good and bad unless one of the two exists. Knowing what is bad, lets us distinguish what is good and vice versa. For the time wherein man has fallen and the earth has been brought to chaos, we KNOW that God Almighty will be here with us. He will protect us from all evil and only then will we know the meaning of true good. The existence of evil has shown us pure goodness, and we must be grateful to our Lord.
JUDGE: Everyone will experience a taste of pain and sorrow at some point in his/her life. It's something that will always follow us, but may appear in different forms (such as: death of a loved one, loss of a friend, etc.). But, when times get rough and push comes to shove, we must always have the strength to fight the bad and share the good. It's not always easy, but as children of God, we must always act in the footsteps of Jesus. We must spread the love of God into each and every one of us and remember that He is here with us. May the bad times come, but may our strength overcome it. May we let Him in our lives.
ACT: At times when I know the negative aspects of life will bring me down, I know that I can always confide myself with my family, loved ones and the Lord. What I can do is that I can do the same with people who are in need and help bring them closer to God. I am going to strive to be a better person and give my all when changing for the better. I won't let my mistakes define me as a person, nor would I let it bring me down; instead, I'll use it as a stepping stone to become someone good, and to learn from my mistakes and never repeat it. I can spread the good in me with other people, and spread God's love as well.

ReplyDeleteSEE: The gospel (Mark 13:24-32) tell us that our God may come at any moment, and all of us have to be ready for His coming. Therefore, we have to live our lives the Christian way.
JUDGE: In my own opinion, this Gospel is very related to what is happening around the world right now. Every single day of our lives, we face numerous challenges and sometimes, we just want to give up because we fail to be optimistic. But if all of just have enough courage to be kind and loving, we would feel God’s presence. The world is slowly losing sight of its mentality and if we continue to do evil, we will lose everything that God had created for us. An act of kindness won’t hurt.
ACT: God doesn’t give us a problem that we cannot surpass. This Gospel helped me realize that no matter how bad things get, we must not give up and run away from our problems. We always have to remember that God will never leave our side and will continue listening to us through our prayers. Just have faith and anything will be possible!

ReplyDeleteSee: Jesus tells his disciples and his followers that when great darkness swoops across the land, God will arrive and would save us all. He tells them that you would notice Gods saving grace just by feeling him.
Judge: What Jesus is trying to say is that when times are rough and you feel like nothing's going to work. Jesus will come to the rescue and help you even when you believe that there is no hope.
Act: Everyday we face challenges in our life that are really stressful for us. We sometimes feel like life isn't worth it because of it. We shouldn't think of it that way because God is with us and would guide us in every step of the way. When times are rough I just say to myself, "God is teaching me something to make me better".

ReplyDeleteSee: What I see in this Gospel Reflection is how the coming of Christ may come at any time. While it may be a suprise, there will be signs to show of his coming. These signs are shown to us to prepare us for his coming and for us to be prepared for our salvation.
Judge: During the coming of Christ there will be darkness across the land. Although we must remember that even through all the hardships that may come about to us there is one who will always be there for us and guide us to see the better path. God will never leave us, he is always there to see us through.
Act: In our current lives there are many hardships which present themselves to us, even though how hard they affect us there is always hope. The hope that is always present in every situation is because of God's guidance and presence. The hope we see in every tragedy helps us to reflect on the bad actions we have committed and helps us to see what we could do in order to avoid this again. We must always remember that even if we give up on ourselves, God will never as he will always love us and guide us through any obstacle and challenge we may face. All we need to do is acknowlege his presence and his love for us to be hopeful in any situation we may face.

ReplyDeleteSEE - This Sunday Gospel says how the world will be when the second coming of Christ occurs. The text explains how the world will fade away except for His Word and the salvaged souls of the children of God.
JUDGE - I think this tells me to become less superficial and materialistic because God says that everything worldly will fade away but He and His Word will live forever.
ACT - As His children, we must see past worldly possessions and remember how we should be preparing ourselves for the second coming of Christ. We must be humble, simple and dedicate our life full of love and service to the less fortunate.
Marie Rodriguez JD 34
ReplyDeleteSEE: In this gospel, Jesus is stating to His disciples about what would be happening after a great trouble and suffering in the world. He adds to how there will be the second coming of Christ. He says about the signs that we will be seeing when this is going to happen. We should take in the signs that is being given to us and we, of course; should be prepared for what is ever going to come at all of us. Expect the unexpected; because we can never determine when it can happen. Although, as signs start to come down from the heavens; we should take the hints and prepare ourselves. Jesus also states on how heaven and earth will be passing away but not His words, in which; we must mark His words. Salvation awaits for all of us. God knows the perfect time as well. United we stand, divided we fall; but we know that God will always be there with us in the best and worst of times.
JUDGE: This makes me realize again that after the darkest, He will come again to save us. No matter how the sun has darkened, the moon has not given its light, the stars have fallen and the powers in the heaven have shaken; His light will come to bring us up again. It shows even if everything has gone in the world, His love for us will never fade. We shouldn't also have fear when the end of the time comes for we know that God will bring us to a better place. It also makes see that hope is one thing that will keep us going. He shows us that we shouldn't give up no matter how many times we are being brought down. God always has better plans for us and we must believe in His word and know that He will never leave our side. Our heartaches make us feel really low in pain, but we should remember that some fall outs happen because God is bringing us better things ahead of us and it will come to us at His perfect timing. We should also remember to thank Him for every single thing that He has given us, through all the best and through all the hardships we have been through because we wouldn't be who we are now if it wasn't for what we had in our whole life and God as well.
ACT: We as one, we should be prepared for anything that may come in our way; especially for His second coming. No fear, no anything just open hearts to what will come ahead of us. We should still continue to love even though no matter how much hatred wants to come in the way, still continue to care even to the people who have hurt us, still continue to spread kindness and be kind even when people could be inconsiderate towards us and technically, being good no matter how much bad there will be. We must live a life full of good things, not in terms of materialism but living in faith, service and communion.

ReplyDeleteSee: In this Sunday's gospel, Jesus is stating to his disciples what would happen during His second coming. He tells about all the signs that would appear such as the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light, the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers in heaven will be shaken. Therefore, we must prepare ourselves because we will never know when this will happen. We must now live our lives as true Christians and await His return.
Judge: I believe that each and every one of us can relate to this gospel. God has made us unique than His other creations. We have been made in His image and likeness and have been given the gift of intelligence and conscience. Yet most of us do not use these gifts. Sadly, most people now are too dependent with technology, accomplishing a lot, forgetting that all of this are not possible without God's grace. People live as if they will not be accountable with their actions and decisions. We must use these gifts wisely and live our lives to the fullest by doing good. We must show to Him that we are worthy of all He has given us so that when it is time for His arrival, we will not regret how we have lived our lives.
Act: Frightening as it may be when Christ second coming does happen, I will rather focus on the present and change myself for the better. We must now be ready for any challenges and obstacles we face and no matter how difficult it may seem to overcome, we must remember that God is always there to give us hope. Furthermore, this gospel has persuaded me to become a better person and to always love and care for my neighbors so that when the second coming happens, I will have no regrets.

JUDGE - I think this tells me to become less superficial and materialistic because God says that everything worldly will fade away but He and His Word will live forever.
Act: Life is like a ball if you wanna go up high you have to fall down really hard first. We face challenges for a reason and that is for us to learn from it. Everything happens for a reason. Everything that is happening right now is part of God's plan.

ReplyDeleteSee: The Gospel is basically telling us that we must prepare for the day of the coming of the Lord, how? “Even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.”(Joel 2:12 NIV) We must confess, and accept him as the Lord our God.
Judge: In my opinion the gospel is preparing us for the coming of Jesus because of all the mayhem and problems happening in the world. There is the tension between Paris, France and ISIS. Many saw that the Day of the Lord is near, but why do many still commit shameful acts? This is the perfect time for us to do good, not a huge good thing, but in little acts we can draw closer to God.
Act: The Gospel's message tells me to become a better me and keep doing good deeds, like obeying your mother and father, little things like that. This prepares me for the coming of Christ, I will pray always for a better world and I will ask for forgiveness everyday.

ReplyDeleteSee: The gospel tells us that Jesus may come at any time, and that we must be ready. We can prepare for Christ's coming through living by His word and teachings.
Judge: Despite the challenges that the world today may face such as the acts of ISIS, we are all still called to do good acts and live as He wants us to. The more days we are blessed with, the more opportunities He is giving us to live accordingly. God wants us to not lose faith in Him, to be more like Him, and make others see Him in us.
Act: The Lord wants us to open our eyes to see the evils in this world, but also to trust in His plan. We should do good deeds and help others prepare for His coming as well. It is important for us to remember prayer and to not underestimate its power. If God brings us to something, He will bring us through it.

ReplyDeleteSee: This gospel tells what Jesus Christ said about the end times to his disciples. He explains about what will happen and that no one knows when the end of the world will occur.
Judge: In my reflection, there are many things happening in the environment today not limited to natural disasters, and from what was in the gospel we must work together, not fight amongst ourselves and await the coming of Christ.
Act: For me, we should be prepared and to accept our Lord and Saviour with open arms. Finally as humans, we are a creation of God, and that we should, at least try, to do good until the end.

ReplyDeleteSEE: The Gospel of Mark reflects upon the message of Jesus. Where he informs that when humanity faces tragedies and when we are lost in the darkness, the Son of Man will arrive with His angels, and save us from the evil. Because He is more powerful than anything on Earth, especially evil.
JUDGE: This Gospel is very important and relevant with our situation right now. As humanity is facing several hardships such as terrorism, earthquakes, bombings, shootings, hurricanes, and many more tragedies. And these are not limited to the incidents that happened at Paris, Syria, Banghad, etc but these are happening as we speak. But with this, there is still hope. Because, as said in the Gospel, Christ will come again to save us from the darkness we are in.
ACT: From this, I have learned to never lose hope. Hardships, conflicts and tragedies are inevitable, but this does not mean that I will give up. Through the darkness, I will look for the light, and that is Jesus Christ, who I know will always be there for me. And I will also try to spread peace to the people around me, because our world right now is suffering, so I will do what I can to make it a bit happier than it is now.

ReplyDeleteSee:This gospel is telling us that Christ can come anytime and we should prepare his coming by preventing sin and doing the right things in life and we should be good and kind to each other because we never know when he'll arrive.
Judge:My reflection about this gospel is that this problems are similar to the problems we have today like natural calamities and terrorism and we should prepare ourselves for the coming of Christ by starting off to be good people of God.Whenever we are in our darkest times we should have faith in God and also pray because faith will overcome us of evil and God will always answer your prayers.
Act:This gospel helps me become a better person and living my life to the fullest and doing good deeds in life.I should start my life by doing good things that can benefit from others.
SEE: Jesus tells his disciples about the coming of Christ and judgement day where each of us will be scrutinized and determine wether or not we will go through the gates of heaven. The coming of Christ is unpredictable it may come an hour from now, or days, or years, that's why we must live a life that is meaningful.
ReplyDeleteJUDGE: God will separate the good from the wicked. Everyday when we wake up we are given the chance to redeem ourselves, to be a follower of Christ. We have the chance to do good to others, instead of bring pain. We have the chance to become like him and do things out of goodness. We shouldn't take this chance for granted because when the time comes where God separates the wheat from the weeds there's no more turning back.
ACT: It is important that we make life as meaningful as possible by loving and caring for those around us. We must show appreciation to everyone in every little way we can. To try and refrain from things that can separate us from God, instead do things that bring us closer to him. Every small act of kindness counts and we should be consistent with these acts and apply them in our everyday choices and actions.
SEE: In this Gospel Jesus talks to his disciples about the End Times that were predicted by the prophets and by Jesus himself. He says that no one knows when it will happen but the signs will be seen. In his second coming the faithful shall be rewarded but the sinful and guilty shall be left behind for the apocalypse
ReplyDeleteJUDGE: God has sent so much people to warn us and to try to save us. He even sent his only son to redeem us and to give us a second chance. God is always willing to forgive us and our sins but if we refuse to repent then one day when Jesus returns it will be too late. That's why everyday we must learn how to live out the word of God and to spread God's love to everyone we meet so that more people can be saved and more people can experience eternal salvation.
ACT: We must learn to live life like how Jesus did. To spread love and to forgive. Not to hate your enemies but to show them the love that God is capable of giving them if they are willing to repent. The second coming of Jesus can come at anytime and we must be ready for it. God has given us so much chances and everyday we must take those chances and live out the life that was meant for us
SEE: In this Gospel, it basically reminds everyone here on earth to be ready for the coming of the Lord, that we should be prepared for the Judgement day.
ReplyDeleteJUDGE: Nowadays, we face different trials and challenges everyday, but those trials shouldn't stop us from honoring God. He never said that there would be no storms, but He said that He would walk with us through it. So we must not lose hope and depend on God always because when we depend on him, we would really see our purpose here on earth and what God's plan is for us.
ACT: We must live a life like how Jesus lived. If we have already experienced the love of Christ, then what should we do? We should reach out to the lost and help them reconnect to God so that they may experience it as well. Because it's unconditional love that makes us live a life like Jesus, and we do good works through his Salvation. We, humans, are weak. But with the power of Christ he can use our strengths to share the Gospel to others and help them receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
SEE: In this Gosple, it reminds everyone here on earth to be readyor the coming of the Lord, He can come at anytime and we should be r day not only for his coming but we should prepare for the judgment day.
ReplyDeleteJUDGE: Everyday, we face different kinds of challenges that may cause us to stray away from the Lord. He never said we wouldn't never gave a storm, each of us at some point do, but through this storm we must never forget He is always with us and he will never forget us. Keep the faith and keep he hope with the Lord.
ACT: We should live life the way Jesus did. Reach out to the needy and help out unconditionally, help each one reconnect with the Lord. Unconditionally love the Lord. We are weak but the power of the Lord can make us stronger than ever. Share the word of the Lord.
Ramoncito Lorenzo Estrellado Del Prado JD CN:14
ReplyDeleteSEE: In my understanding, what Jesus is trying to say is that at any given time we should always be ready for occasions and events that will remind us of God because he will be there in the end and he will be the answer for every question there is to ask. In the worst days and in trying times wherein we lose the gift of "Hope" we should stand still and not
let setbacks break us. Because in the end God will be there and only he will know which path is next for you and where your fate is destined to go. To keep in mind the lessons you learned in your journeyto finding him and that no element on earth or even the heavens can tell you what's next after life but only he can.
JUDGE: I can say that everyone can relate to the gospel especially those who have encountered and experienced sorrow and grief because in the darkest days we try our best to see the light and when we do we seek God. I think the gospel also gives relevance to the recent unfortunate events that happened like with the Paris attacks, it makes you think and realize that at any given moment, your life can be gone in a flash and makes you wonder what happens to life after and we will only know the answer when were up there, in the kingdom, where we see God.
ACT: As children of God we should do our best to imitate Jesus Christ and set a good example to everyone before we leave earth. Everyday we should always make life count because no one will ever know when it is your time to face God. We should always be ready and leave everything to God because he is truly the answer to every problem and he will always be by your side.
See: This gospel tells us that we have to be prepared at all times because we will never know when the Lord our saviour will arrive.
ReplyDeleteJudge: In my opinion, I think that the gospel is trying to prepare us for the second coming of Christ. There are many things happening around us such as the ISIS attacks in France and many more. We will never know when he will come which is why we should do good and continue believing in the Lord and never losing faith.
Act: I think that we should start to accept God as our Lord and saviour and to start worshiping him so that we can form a strong bond between us and he will guide and lead us to the right path.
Abdul Afdal JD CN 1
ReplyDeleteSee: Jesus was trying to imply that trials and hardships will come to our lives, but we must believe that He will come and help us one way or another.
Judge: We must accept the fact that problems and challenges are part of our lives. Even though we fear sometimes that we wouldn't know what to do, we must have faith in the Lord, and God will be by our side. When Jesus was referring to the fig tree, I can interpret it like: the fig tree growing is the challenges and trials, and the sunlight can be compared to Christ. When the fig tree consumes sunlight, the fig tree continues to grow even more.
Act: After reading this gospel it showed me the importance of prayer, and being able to trust Christ in every difficulty that we face. We must know that God is always with us.

ReplyDeleteSee: The gospel is telling us that we should be prepared for his coming and we should start repenting for our sins since we really don't know when that time will come. It talks about how nobody knows when it's going to happen except for the Father. The day He comes again will be judgment day. This will be the day when everyone on earth will be judged wether they are worthy or not of entering heaven.
ReplyDeleteJudge: This gospel is a reminder that we should be good disciples and followers of Jesus. We must prepare for the second coming of Jesus we should start changing who we are and how we act to one another so that the world will be a peaceful place. We can never really be sure of our fate, but no matter what, we must trust in God's plan.
Act: This gospel has once again reminded me that I should always be nice to everyone around us. I will start reading the Bible, especially the book of Proverbs because it'll help me live a full and wise life. I'll help people and be a better person. I will help others be aware of their actions so they may be prepared for Jesus' coming. In the end, I will continue to do what I must do to maintain a good Christian life.

ReplyDeleteSee: Jesus was talking to the crowd about how God will always be there for us. He will always stand by our side through every suffering moment, or any moment at that.
Judge: To me, the Gospel is a reminder that we shouldn't let our sins pile up so much that it comes to the point that the Lord has to come and save us once again. We need to save ourselves and make Him proud. We need to show Him that we are capable of doing what he has created us to do and that is to show genuine love and kindness to everything on this earth that He blessed us with.
Act: I will go back to my roots, back to the bible, back to Genesis. If will refresh my spirituality and be more conscious of the actions I make. I will do my best to use all the talents that he has blessed me with, not only for myself, but for the benefit of others. I will offer it all up to Him and do every single thing for Him.
SEE: The Gospel of Mark reflects and helps us understand Jesus' message. Where he tells us that when we humans are facing tragedies and darkness. The Son of Man will come to us and arrive and he will drive away evil because He is more powerful than anything on Earth.
ReplyDeleteJUDGE: This Gospel is very important and relevant with our situation right now. For the reason that at the moment our world is facing so much tragedies like earthquakes, hurricanes, terrorism, bombings, and many more tragedies ending lives. And these problems are not only happening in big countries like Paris or Japan but countries like Syria, Bangladesh, and many more are affected, we are all affected cause we all live in this world. But with the gospel their is still hope for Christ promised to come back when darkness takes over for he will save us once more.
ACT: From this, I have learned to never lose hope and keep my faith in my lord strong. Their will always be hardships and challenges along the way but as long as your faith in him is strong their will always be hope to accomplish it. In every dark room i will look for that shining light radiating its love for that Is Jesus Christ our savior. And I will also try to spread peace and love for that is what our world is greatly lacking and at the moment love I believe is what we need to truly fix us as one world one generation.

SEE: In this Gospel, you can see that the Lord is talking about the coming of the Messiah. It is shown that Jesus's light will shine, despite the darkness that consumes the world. He will come in the time we least expect it, the time where we feel him the least. What matters is that He is always there, and when we are strong, He is weak. Everything on this earth will pass away except for Him because He is the same today, yesterday, and forever.
JUDGE: What this Gospel is trying to tell us is that everyday, we are faced with trials and struggles that consumes our souls and hearts. All we want is for them to be cleaned, and we are waiting for the Messiah to come save us, but sometimes we forget about His presence. We must be filled with this living hope that is Jesus. This living hope that tells us that it is understandable to be sad now because of all the trials that we face, but it is only to prepare for the coming of the Messiah and for our faith to be tested genuine. We may not know when the second coming of Jesus is, but we know that we should prepare our hearts and minds to experience Jesus's love: real, genuine, and compassionate love.
ACT: This Gospel reflects the things that are happening in our surroundings. With all the bombings and terrorist attacks in Syria, Paris, Brazil, etc., we need to recognize the true and living hope that is Jesus. We may be experiencing very dark times as human kind at the moment, and many people are suffering, but there is nothing God cannot fix. This will all fade away, but God will never. His love will always stay the same and His love is made perfect in our weakness. We should prepare ourselves for the coming of the Messiah by participating and being an active Christian or Catholic, and cleansing our soul by refraining from sin. For me, I will continue to be and bring Christ to others wherever I go, may it be in words or actions, so that others may see that despite all our differences as a country and as human kind, it is God's love that knits us together.
