Other problems mentioned during the
APEC were poverty, climate change, and of course world economy. The APEC is
willing to help those regions that still have poverty and they will do all that
they can to make those country have prosperity and complete success in economy
growth, etc. Poverty has and always will be a present problem in the Earth we
live in as of today. I as a fortunate person, wishes to see the end of people
living unfortunate lives as soon as possible. I see myself as a person who is
willing to take my chances in helping the poor. I truly want to get rid all sign
of poverty and hunger. I may not have the power or ability to help people as of
now, but I will definitely live up to what the leaders of APEC are trying to
achieve by saving lives bit by bit. Not all these problems affect me entirely
but some do such as the attacks and poverty. I am glad that these are two
topics brought up during the APEC and I hope to see the day when they are
finally on in response to Alexandra Boccone Junior H Having the APEC held
in the Philippines last November shows us that our country is capable of
stepping up our game. Hosting the world’s largest regional economic group is
indeed a great big step as to proving that the Philippines is a good country
that is greatly developing. Besides that, Jaime Zobel de Ayala said,
"The importance of APEC is learning from each other...on bringing down
tariffs, making sure that things won't get in the way when it comes to
facilitating free flow of goods. Everybody wants to strive for a higher growth
agenda. That dialogue is alive and kicking". With the members of APEC
in the country, they showed that the Philippines is turning into a stronger and
greater country. Those leaders saw that our country is a good place to offer
support and assistance in terms of economic and other problems. With those
leaders side by side with our country, we are able to rely on them and have
them rely on us as much as possible. Having peace Having the APEC held in the
