FREEDOM AND CONSCIENCE

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit was held in our country, the Philippines, last November 18-19, 2015. The APEC is a summit wherein all the world leaders get together to talk about the economic problems of the world. All the world leaders, no matter what race, gender, ethnicity, or nationality, came together as one to acknowledge and support the Nation. A concrete challenge affecting not only the Philippines, but the whole world, is terrorism. As everyone knows, there was a recent terrorist attack in Paris. Also, there are unending wars in the Middle East. This affects everyone because the fear of an attack will always be there to torment the peacefulness of the world. It would effect me personally because I would be living a life in fear. If not addressed by the government, this would be a really big problem for everyone would be living in fear and the citizens of the country would not feel safe at all. APEC is a summit where all the world on APEC CHALLENGES, VIS-A-VIS; FREEDOM AND CONSCIENCE (Term 2)
